INKJET PRINT ANALYSIS- Aqueous and UV                                                      Single Pass and XY

FABRICS               GLASS              METALS               PLASTICS                                            PAPERS                                   PACKAGING

Our approach combines rigorous data analysis, predictive maintenance, and deep color science to deliver consistent, high-quality results while minimizing costly trial-and-error.

We support OEMs, ink manufacturers, paper mills, and high-speed commercial, industrial, and packaging operations worldwide focusing on inkjet development, fluid dynamics, run ability, and post-processing. Beyond ICC profiling for paper, wood, metal, plastic, and glass, we manage the full inkjet "chem-stack" process: chemistry, fluid stacking, drying, and finishing. Because without process control, color management is meaningless. We collaborate closely with machine developers and printhead manufacturers, conducting lab testing and substrate verification to push print quality boundaries. Our strength lies in translating technical findings into clear, strategic guidance empowering clients to achieve vibrant, durable, and repeatable results across every application.

Visual Reference with Quantifiable Measurements

• Dot quality (dot gain, dot shape and placement)
• Line and edge quality (width, blurriness, raggedness, contrast, fill and darkness –         ISO13660)• Text quality (stroke quality, fidelity, uniformity)• Color adjacency and inter-color bleed• Image noise (graininess and mottle – ISO13660)
• Banding, streaking, … (NPS – Noise Power Spectrum)
• Inkjet satellites, voids, ghosting
• Density deviation – across web
• Reproducible color gamut
• Plotted color gamut- for comparison
• Paper curl- based on coverage/side to side.
• Paper cockle – based on coverage.
• Show-thru – density or L*
• Small sample uncoated paper- of the above• Ink adhesion
